The interactive Claim Checker is now available through EBSCONET®, the Web-based serials management system for EBSCO Information Services customers.

This new feature allows customers to manage their claims online via EBSCONET. Since the interactive Claim Checker is not restricted to monthly updates as with the paper and PDF (Portable Document Format) versions, customers who take advantage of this service will save considerable time.

The PDF version of the EBSCO Monthly Claim Checker® is still available. To switch to the interactive Claim Checker, customers may contact their local EBSCO Regional Office.

Online training is available for all of EBSCO's Web-based services. Visit http://training.ebsco.com and select EBSCONET to register and learn more about the training sessions.
